This Service processes images temporarily on our servers specifically for the purpose of format conversion and compression. No images, files, or user data are saved, stored, archived, or retained beyond the instantaneous moment required to facilitate the automated download back to your device. We do not inspect, claim ownership, or monetize any content uploaded to this Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Florida law, in no event shall ITNova Solutions or its developers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of business, or any damage arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this tool.
The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, totally secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ITNova Solutions from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees in the State of Florida) arising from any files you upload that may infringe on copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties.
You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content, nor to attempt to exploit, breach, or reverse-engineer the Service's infrastructure.
